BEVERAGE ACIDITY LIST
This is a list of popular drinks and their acid levels. If the beverage is acidic or highly acidic it should not be combined with meals and should be avoided as much as possible. Beverages that are slightly acidic or alkaline can be combined with meals and it is good to drink these freely. Notice that there is a big difference between filtered, purified or bottled water and tap water. Always try to add lemon to water to help with your pH levels.BEVERAGE | ACIDITY |
